Please make sure that you obtain a confirmation for your move, and we will provide you with the best service with a written confirmation for your job. We book & serve moving and delivery services on a first-come, first-served basis.

BY EMAIL – Send us all the job details at contact@twomenandvan.com.au (Your Name, pickup location, drop off location, job scope, phone number). Our customer service will contact you to double-check the given information and will provide you with a booking confirmation at the earliest.

We accept everything like Cash, debit card, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and other cards with an additional 2% EFTPOS supercharge) is due at completion time but not cheques. No exceptions.

We offer flat rates for a whole week, which means no extra charges on weekends. Only a 15% supercharge applies on public holidays.

Yes, we do. For regular service, we charge nothing extra, but for moving items over 90kgs for 2 people, we have extra rates which depend on items and access because those items require way more attention, which consumes more energy and is not suitable for health. Sometimes it seems just physically too difficult for 2 movers.That’s why you need to talk with one of our professionals to decide how many people you need for the job.

We have 2 charge options: Moving and Delivery. For moving, we have a minimum of 2 hours’ work rates + call out fee (depends on your location), and if we work more than 2 hours, later we charge only for half an hour. For example, we worked 3h 12mins so it will be 3.5 hours. For delivery of up 4 items, we have the same charge rates. If we work more than 1.5 hours, we charge each half an hour on top.

Office Hours: Mon-Sat 7:30am – 8pm Sunday 9:00 – 5:00 Delivery Hours: 24×7, but it should be booked during office working hours.
